This is Low Cal and delicious as the title says

Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Delicious Turkey Chili

20 oz ground turkey
15 oz can black beans, drained
14 1/2 oz can tomatoes
4 oz corn, yellow
4 oz corn, white
8 oz frozen spinach
1/4 cup pearled barley
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
45 oz canned tomatos
5 oz green pepper
5 oz red pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 zucchini
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp marjoram
2 tbsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Delicious Turkey Chili

  1. Brown the turkey in a shallow pain and drain the fat...there shouldn't be much.

  2. Add minced garlic and herbs and cook thoroughly.

  3. Add remaining ingrediance, bring to a boil then simmer until the pearled barley is tender.
