3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
12 oz fat free evaporated milk
2 eggs
15 oz pumpkin

Recipe Directions for low calorie crustless mini pumpkin pies

  1. combine dry ingredients

  2. beat eggs in large seperate bowl

  3. add pumpkin and dry ingredients into eggs

  4. gradually add milk

  5. pour into cupcake tins

  6. bake at 400 degrees for 10 min then 350 for another 30 mins or until knife comes out

  7. clean

  8. let sit for two hours

  9. refrigerate
