This is a great, low calories, little treat for any time of day.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Chocolate Bread

5 large Egg, White
1 large Egg, Yolk
0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
12 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Chocolate Bread

  1. Mix egg whites until they form a stiff peak

  2. Fold in all other ingredients

  3. Sprinkle an extra little bit of splenda on top before baking

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 17-18 minutes, or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
