Recipe Ingredients for low-calorie chili

1 pound 96% lean ground beef
10 oz or 1 can Rotel chili fix'ins
2 tbs chili powder
2 tablespoons tomato paste,no salt added
12 oz canned light red kidney beans
1 cup water
1/4 cup onion,diced
1/4 cup green bell pepper,diced

Recipe Directions for low-calorie chili

Brown ground beef with the onion and green bell pepper.Drain fat. Add water.Add beans.Add Mccormick Seasoning.Add tomato paste.Add water. Let simmer as desired.
