Low calorie chicken vegetable soup

Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Chicken/Vegetable Soup

1 Serving Corn
2 cup, chopped Cabbage
3 thigh, bone removed Chicken, Thigh
3 cup, chopped Onions
7 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
3 cup, chopped Carrots
6 tsp Chicken Base
3 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
0.5 tsp Onion Salt

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Chicken/Vegetable Soup

  1. Boil chicken thighs until done. Remove chicken from broth. Cool broth. Skim off fat. Remove skin from chicken then pull or cut chicken into small pieces.

  2. Put broth back on stove, add water.

  3. Add all ingrediants except chicken and carrots.

  4. Cook at a low boil about 10 minutes.

  5. Add carrots and cook until carrots are firm but done.

  6. Add chicken and heat. Do not stir a lot after this.

  7. Ready to eat.
