This soup is perfect with a grilled cheese sandwich using fat free cheese 30 cal per slice, 1 Tbsp Brommel and Brown yogurt spread 45 cal,and light bread 40 cal per slice. I used the 1 pkg lipton soup mixes and the boullion I used is 10 cal total. Add anything you'd like carrots, tomatos, etc, just remember to change cal per serving. 2 cups is a normal fare!
