Recipe Ingredients for Low-Calorie Brown Rice Pudding

1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
2 cups fat-free milk
1 1/2 grams Splenda (3 packets)
1 pinch salt
1 egg
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Low-Calorie Brown Rice Pudding

  1. Add 1.5 cups milk, sugar and salt to rice in saucepan and heat on medium for 10-15 minutes or until mixture is creamy.

  2. Add egg and rest of milk (1/2 cup) and stir quickly for 2 more minutes.

  3. Add cinnamon and let cool. Can also add raisins or any other toppings.
