Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie-BIG flavor-Vegetable soup

3 tbsp bouillon
6 green onions
1 green bell pepper
32 oz. of tomatoes
3 carrots chopped
1 1/2 cups mushrooms
1/2 stalk of celery chopped
1 head of cabbage
1 cup green beans
1 cup zucchini
6 cups of water
1 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie-BIG flavor-Vegetable soup

  1. Spray a large pot with cooking spray and saute green onion, add green pepper and sauté. Add cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms.

  2. Add celery, green beans, and zucchini, then add both cans of tomatoes, stir and simmer until all vegetables are mixed together well.

  3. Add bouillon, and Lipton soup mix packet, basil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then add 8 cups of water.

  4. Allow soup to cook until the vegetables tenderness is to your liking.
