567 grams 15 Bean Soup
5 clove Garlic
8 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 tsp Insanity Sauce
3 serving Onion Mini Cubes Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Bean Casserole

  1. Pre-soak the beans overnight

  2. Peel, chop and fry onion until it softens don't chop too fine and put into slow cooker bowl

  3. Boil up enough water to 1.5 times cover the presoaked beans and add the remaining ingredients, crushing the garlic and ginger. Allow to slow cook for 4-5 hours making sure the beans are soft
