Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Banana Nut Muffins with Splenda

4 tbs. Promise Fat Free Buttery Spread
2.79 /6 Package Splenda Quick Pouch
1/8 c Egg Beaters
3/4 c. All Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 c bananas, mashed
1/4 c Walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Banana Nut Muffins with Splenda

  1. Cream Promise and Spenda together

  2. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well

  3. Drop 1 full Tablespoon of mix into mini-muffin cups that either you've sprayed with non-stick cooking spray or lined with mini-muffin paper liners.

  4. Bake 15 minutes or til toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

  5. Enjoy!!
