2 eggs
1/2 cup of bananas
1 cup white flour
2/3 cup wheat flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/8 cup of applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. preheat oven to 350*

  2. beat sugar and applesauce until creamy

  3. then

  4. beat eggs, milk, bananas

  5. mix in the rest

  6. cook at 350 for 45-60 mins (depends on oven)

  7. cool 10 mins

  8. then remove from pan
