A low calorie Pizza everyone can enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Authentic Italian Homemade Pizza

2 cups wheat flour
1 tablespoon yeast
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Authentic Italian Homemade Pizza

  1. In a big bowl, put flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Combine all together then mix in vegetable oil and water.

  2. When finished mixing dough and solid, let stand for 20 minutes to 2 hours.

  3. When after desired time of letting it stand, form into circle or rectangle, depending the tray you have. Add the olive oil on the top (and add spices if you like, ex; oregano, parsley, etc). After that, add the diced or chopped up tomatoes on the top, and spread it evenly.

  4. Place in 450 degrees preheated oven for 15 minutes. When done cooking, cut into 8 pieces, serve and enjoy!
