Recipe Ingredients for Low calorie Apple Stuffed Chicken

8 oz Chicken
3/4 medium Apple
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Allspice, Ground
3 teaspoon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Thyme
1 Glass Water

Recipe Directions for Low calorie Apple Stuffed Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Cut pocket into the side of chicken breast (for stuffing)

  3. Combine Apple, Cinnamon, Allspice and Lemon juice in a bolw and mix well

  4. Place mix into chicken ( there WILL be extra)

  5. Line 9x9 baking dish with foil and spray with LIGHTLY Pam

  6. Place into pan and lightly sprinkle Thyme on top, salt and pepper to taste

  7. Add remainder of apple mix into pan and add 1/3-1/2 cup of water ( to cover bottom)

  8. Bake 30 min or until internal temp of chicken is 160

  9. Serve with steamed vegitable of choice
