0.75 cup Applesauce
2 large Egg, White
1.5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Orange Peel

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Apple Spice Bread

  1. Combine apples, applesauce and egg whites.

  2. Separately, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon and orange peel.

  3. Mix both sets of ingredients.

  4. Bake at 375 for approximately 50 minutes.
