Citrus-flavored, spicy apple bread. Serves 10

Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Apple Bread - NO SUGAR ADDED!!!

1/3 cups Light Butter with Canola Oil
1/2 cup No Calorie Sweetener
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cup apple
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
1 cup flour
1 cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Apple Bread - NO SUGAR ADDED!!!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

  2. Blend light butter and SPLENDA until smooth then stir in the eggs, the peeled and processed apple, and orange extract . Set aside.

  3. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and allspice.

  4. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and blend until smooth. Then, stir in raisins.

  5. Bake 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
