Delicious Low fat, low calorie Apple Banana muffins with a hint of cinnamon..mmmm

Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Apple Banana Muffins

2 cups self rising flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/16 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup applesauce
3 tbs egg white
1 tsp vanilla
2 small bananas

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Apple Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well, set aside.

  3. In a small bowl, mix applesauce, egg white, vanilla and mashed banana. ( I even used a blender to mash up the bananas. Make sure they are very ripe).

  4. Meanwhile, spray muffin pans or use muffin liners. Add liquid mixture to the dry mixture. Stir until well blended. 1/4 cup of mixture for each muffin.

  5. Bake at 350 for 20-22 minutes.
