1/3 cup Quaker oats
1/3 cup soymilk
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp fat-free cream cheese

Recipe Directions for Low-Cal Walnut Raisin Oatmeal with Cream Cheese

Put all ingredients into saucepan and heat until boiling, then reduce heat and let simmer for ~5 minutes. When oatmeal reaches desired consistency, transfer to bowl and add cream cheese.
