Recipe Ingredients for low cal waffles

2 cups whole wheat flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp applesauce
4 egg whites
2 cups skim milk

Recipe Directions for low cal waffles

mix dry ingredients. add remaining ingredients. mix well. Cook in a waffle iron until waffles are brown. 1 serving is one waffle square
