A great tasting low cal veggie dip. Much better than that stuff loaded with preservatives at the grocery store. Use whole milk yogurt for best results.

Recipe Ingredients for low cal veggie dip

1 1/2 cups yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp dill, minced
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for low cal veggie dip

place yogurt in the center of a clean handkerchief and drain until reduced in volume by half (you can squeeze). Then stir in seasonings and you're done.
