1 cup butternut squash, chopped
2 cups carrots, chopped
4 cups cabbage, shredded
1 cup peas, canned
2 cups beans, yellow canned
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cups beef broth, low sodium
6 cups water
4 cups tomatoes, canned
1 T garlic, chopped

Mix all ingredients in soup pan, cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender. Season with your favorite seasonings.
