Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal Vegan Oatmeal Pancakes

1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs ground flax seed
3 tbs water
1 1/4 cups low-fat soy milk

Recipe Directions for Low Cal Vegan Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Mix together in a medium bowl:

  2. 1 1/2 cups oatmeal

  3. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

  4. 2 tsp. baking powder

  5. 1 tsp. cinnamon

  6. Beat in:

  7. 1 1/4 cups low-fat soy milk

  8. 1/4 cup raisins

  9. Heat lightly oiled frying pan on medium-high. When pan is hot, drop on by tablespoons. Flip once when bubbles appear, and cook until golden brown on bottom.
