Tuna Wrap that substitutes yogurt for mayo & uses fat free tortillas. This is a very healthy alternative.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal Tuna Wraps

10 ounces Tuna, White, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
2 tablespoons plain low fat yogurt
3 tortillas, 96% Fat Free ''Heart Healthy''
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Low Cal Tuna Wraps

Drain both cans of tuna & put in small bowl. Add yogurt, garlic, pepper & season salt. Mix well. Put 1/3 of lettuce on tortilla and spoon 1/3 of tuna miture on top. Fold tortilla up like wrap. Repeat with remaining ingredirents for other 2 wraps.
