1 litre water
2 vegetable stock cubes
900 grams pumpkin
2 tsps olive oil

Recipe Directions for Low-cal Pumpkin soup

  1. Fry onions in hot oil

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and broth

  3. Add more water if needed

  4. Boil until soft

  5. blend for smooth texture
