Recipe Ingredients for Low-Cal Pumpkin Smoothie

1/2 cup Vanilla yogurt, low-fat
1/2 cup canned pumpkin, chilled
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/4 cup 1% milk
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 dash of cloves
1/2 ripe banana or apples, sliced and frozen
1 dash of ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Low-Cal Pumpkin Smoothie

Combine yogurt and the next 8 ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth. Garnish with dash of ground cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
