you can make pancakes with egg whites and bananas...seriously...

Recipe Ingredients for low cal protein pancakes

0.75 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.33 cup AllWhites
2 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for low cal protein pancakes

  1. 1.)Heat up your skillet and Mash up banana in small bowl.

  2. 2.) Mix in the sugar (splenda if you like to substitute) vanilla extract, cinnamon.

  3. 3) Add in egg white

  4. 4) put mixture in skillet, cook until desired...basically like a normal pancake.

  5. 5) add syrup and berries and enjoy :D
