Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal Pizza On the Fly

2 Tortillas, Whole Grain, Ezekiel 4:9 Organic Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Flourless
1 tsp pure olive oil
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 small tomato, seeded and diced
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, low-fat, grated
1/4 cup basil, fresh,chopped

Recipe Directions for Low Cal Pizza On the Fly

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Brush the tortillas with the pure olive oil and bake for 3-4 minutes or until they start to crisp.

  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of water in a saute pan and cook the spinach and garlic for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Take the tortillas out, layer them with the cheese, spinach and tomatoes and bake for 3-5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.

  5. Garnish with the chopped basil and cut into slices.
