1 serving Aldi tinned toms
180 grams Spinach
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
75 grams Onion Red
0.5 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
4 mushroom Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for low cal pasta veg mix

lightly fry all the veg in a 1 cal spray oil whilst boiling the pasta, when pasta is soft add to veg mix stir and serve
