Going to try this tonight...we'll see how they taste. I just wrote this based on a regular oatmeal cookie recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal Oatmeal Cookies

2 c milled flax seed
1 1/2 c flour
1 c splenda
2 egg whites
1 c water
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 c quick oats
1 1/2 c rice krispies cereal
1/2 c craisins

Recipe Directions for Low Cal Oatmeal Cookies

  1. In large bowl mix flax seed, half of the flour, splenda, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.

  2. Add egg whites, water, and vanilla.

  3. Stir in remaining flour, oats, and rice krispies.

  4. Drop by rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten.

  5. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10-12 min.

  6. Yield: 48 cookies. 2 cookies per serving
