Based on previous recipe, this should be better. The other ones tasted way too healthy. Serving size is 1 cookie.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal Oatmeal Cookie

1 c milled flax seed
1 1/2 c flour
1 c splenda
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c water
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg whites
1/2 c water
1 c quick oats
1 1/2 c rice krispies cereal
1/2 c craisins

Recipe Directions for Low Cal Oatmeal Cookie

  1. Combine flaxseed, 1/2 the flour, splenda, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.

  2. Add water, vanilla, egg whites and combine thoroughly.

  3. Stir in remaining flour, oats, rice krispies, and craisins.

  4. Use rounded tablespoon to drop dough 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press flat (if you want them to flatten--they don't do it on their own).

  5. Bake at 375 for 10-15 min.

  6. Makes about 48 cookies.
