Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal Muffins

2 cup flour, whole wheat
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
3/8 cup Apple Juice, Frozen Concentrate, Unsweetened, Undiluted
1/3 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup blueberries
2/3 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Low Cal Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Combined all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

  3. Using paper muffin cups to fill the muffin pan, add the muffin mix into each cup.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes. CHeck to make sure muffins are finished baking by inserting a toothpick in the center of a muffin. If the toothpick comes out clean without any batter, they are done.
