Recipe Ingredients for low cal macaroni and cheese

2 cups elbow macaroni
1/2 cup grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1/3 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons sliced scallions
1 egg white, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for low cal macaroni and cheese

mix all ingredients well except the parmesan cheese. Put in casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle parmesan (preferably fat free, but hard to find) over top. Cook in 350 oven until cheese lightly browned on top. For creamier mac and cheese, stir in a T. of fat free mayo.
