62 grams AllWhites
2 slices Nature's Own Light Wheat Bread
0.5 small (2-3/4") Apples
7 grams Powdered Sugar

Recipe Directions for Low-cal french toast

  1. Cut apple into chunks, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake until crisp.

  2. Combine almond breeze milk, egg whites and vanilla.

  3. Dip bread in milk/egg mixture and cook in skillet until brown.

  4. Spread peanut butter on bread once done, top with apple and powdered sugar.

  5. Optional: syrup or anything else you'd normally add.
