Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal French Toast

2 slices Delightful Wheat Bakery Bread
6 tbsp Egg Whites
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 serving Sugar Free Pancake and Waffle Syrup
0.27 g Original Cooking Spray

Recipe Directions for Low Cal French Toast

  1. 1.) Place egg whites in shallow bowl, sprinkle in cinnamon and sugar.

  2. 2.) Heat skillet to medium high heat, spray with cooking spray.

  3. 3.) Dip bread on both sides in egg mixture, and place in the skillet.

  4. 4.) Cook evenly on both sides.

  5. 5.) Drizzle syrup over and enjoy!!
