Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal French Toast

52 9/10 grams Bread, Reduced-calorie, Wheat
66 grams Egg, White
0.25 serving Pure Almond Almondmilk
0.5 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.13 cup Lite

Recipe Directions for Low Cal French Toast

  1. mix 2 liquid egg whites with 1/4 cup of light soy milk or almond milk and 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon. (for sweeter taste, add splenda to mix)

  2. Soak reduced calorie bread in mix for about 1 minute then "fry" on a non stick pan until golden brown.

  3. Add light syrup and optional strawberries and you're good to go (:
