Recipe Ingredients for Low cal filler soup

6 cups low sodium chicken stock
2 carrots
1 large onion
4 tsp garlic
450 g cabbage
1/2 pound frozen green beans
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano

Recipe Directions for Low cal filler soup

  1. spray bottom of large stock pot with non stick spray.

  2. add onion, garlic and carrots, saute for 3-5 minutes

  3. add stock and remainder of vegetables.

  4. bring to boil then turn cover and simmer for 15 minutes
