Recipe Ingredients for Low cal, low fat Breakfeast Quiche

6 large Egg, White
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.25 medium Red Bell Pepper
0.25 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
0.5 cup, sliced Onions
0.5 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella
2 cups Baby Spinach
0.13 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1/4 cup White Whole Wheat Flour

Recipe Directions for Low cal, low fat Breakfeast Quiche

Mix 6 eggs up in a large bowl, add 1/8 cup of skim milk, 1/4 cup white whole wheat flour. Season to taste. Then Add 1/4 cup of green bell peppers, 1/4 red bell peppers, 1/4 cup yellow bell peppers, 1/2 cup onion, 1/2 cup mushrooms, 2 cups+ spinach. Mix up and pour in a oven dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35-50 min. Till you can take a knife in and out clean, and it has firmed up.
