Low Calorie Deviled Eggs (no Mayo)

Recipe Ingredients for Low-Cal Deviled Eggs

8 large Egg, Whole
3.5 tbsp Low Fat Sour Cream
2 tbsp Organic Half and Half Pint
1 serving Dijon
5 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Low-Cal Deviled Eggs

Boil eggs. Peel, cut in half, and separate yolks. Blend yolk with sour cream, half & half, and add mustard and salt to taste. Distribute yolk mixture back into eggs, garnish with chives or paprika if desired and serve.
