Low Cal Low Carb Homemade Custard.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal Custard

3 egg yolks
3 eggs
113 2/5 g. Sugar Free Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 dash salt
2 1/2 cups 1% Milk

Recipe Directions for Low Cal Custard

  1. Heat Oven to 300

  2. Boil a kettle of water

  3. Heat Milk and Syrup slowly to steam .

  4. Mix Yolks, eggs, Vanilla and Salt with mixer, slowly poor in Steamed Milk.

  5. Pour in custard in custard cups cook place in larger pan pour water in pan, should reach the level the custard reaches in the cups.
