Cuban Lentils without the Calories and Fat

Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal Cuban Lentils

14 oz Dry Lentils
4 Carrots
5 Celery Stalks
1 Onion
2 small Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
5 cloves Garlic
1 packet Ham Flavored Concentrate
2 tbsp olive oil
6 oz Select Honey Ham Water Added Deli Meat

Recipe Directions for Low Cal Cuban Lentils

Soak lentils by cover them in very hot water and keeping in a cool place for 3 - 8 hours. Heat up oil, add chopped onions, celery, carrots, garlic, tomato, and ham. Once onions become clear add lentils and ham concentrate. Add 4 cups of water bring to a boil and them let simmer for about 30 minutes.
