1 c. cornmeal
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Recipe Directions for Low-Cal Corn Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Prep tin of 6 or 12 muffins with baking spray.

  3. Mix together.

  4. Pour into muffin tins.

  5. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
