Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal Coleslaw

14 oz cabbage
1/2 cup fat free mayonaise
1/2 cup milk
3 T. white vinegar
2 T. sweetener
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small onion

Recipe Directions for Low Cal Coleslaw

  1. Use a packaged coleslaw mix found in produce aisle.

  2. Mix mayonaise (I use smart balance) with milk, vinegar, sugar substitute ( I use 3 packets of stevia), salt and pepper.

  3. Grate onion and add to coleslaw mix. Add mayonaise mix to the vegetable mix. Toss and chill for 2 hours.
