Low cal version of cupcake recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal chocolate cupcakes

1 cups splenda
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup applesauce
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
30 tbsp whipped cream topping

Recipe Directions for Low Cal chocolate cupcakes

  1. Mix ingredients together.

  2. Bake at 350 deg for 22 to 25 minutes.

  3. Top with whipped cream after cool.
