Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal Chili

2 tblsp Chili Seasoning Mix
1 pound ground turkey
1 pound ground beef
15 ounce Refried Beans, Canned
15 ounce diced tomatoes
1 Salt, if desired

Recipe Directions for Low Cal Chili

  1. Crumble and brown 2lbs. ground beef and turkey in a large skillet. Then Drain fat

  2. Stir in 1 can (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes.

  3. Add 1 can (15 ounce) Refried Beans.

  4. Simmer 15 - 20 minutes.
