Low calorie, high fiber/protein chili.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal Chili

30 oz Canned kidney beans, drained
1 lb Ground turkey
15 oz Canned pinto beans, drained
28 oz Stewed tomatos
15 oz Chili beans in chili sauce
1 can Sweet corn, drained
64 oz Tomato juice
3 tbs Packet chili seasoning mix
1 medium Green bell pepper
1 small Yellow onion

Recipe Directions for Low Cal Chili

  1. In skilet brown turkey, and prepare with chili seasoning as directed, sautee onions and green pepper over low heat with ground turkey.

  2. Combine everything in crock pot, cook for 2-3 hours.

  3. Serve.
