Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal Chicken Salad

1/2 lb of chicken breast meat
3 T of Miracle Whip Free
1 T of red wine vinegar
1/2 c of chopped celery
1/3 c of chopped onion
1/4 c of chopped carrots
1/4 c of dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Low Cal Chicken Salad

  1. Cook the chicken until just done through but still juicy, Then shred it fine.

  2. Mix everything together.

  3. Season with dill and thyme.

  4. Chill and serve!
