1 pound chicken breast, boneless
12 ounces tomato puree
3/5 cup kidney beans, canned
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 cup corn, frozen
12 ounces water

Recipe Directions for Low Cal Chicken Chili--1.5 cup serving

  1. saute onionin non-stick cooking spray....add chicken finely chopped, cook till done---add tomatoes, beans (solids & liquids) & water & Chili seasonings (caution some packets add a few calories) simmer all for 15 minutes, add frozen corn---simmer 1/2 hour till thickened and all flvors have combined..

  2. makes 6 cups....nutrition info based on 1.5 cup serving.
