Quick broccoli quiche-like dish. Good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Serves up yummy with crispy potatoes on the side.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal - Broccoli Quiche

2 c. broccoli
3/4 c. mayonaise
3/4 c. evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Low Cal - Broccoli Quiche

  1. Use butter to grease a pie dish.

  2. Boil broccoli and combine with all other ingredients.

  3. Add to pie dish and bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees.
