Recipe Ingredients for low-cal breakfast omlette

1/2 cup chopped red pepper
2 small mushrooms
1/4 cup egg white
20 g feta cheese
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 g canola oil

Recipe Directions for low-cal breakfast omlette

  1. heat pan

  2. one second spray of Pam

  3. place in garlic, red pepper and mushroom

  4. once sauteed, place in egg white

  5. once egg is cooked, place feta cheese to one side and fold omlette over.
