Vegitarian low calorie black bean chilli.

Recipe Ingredients for Low cal Black bean chilli

1 cup(172 g) Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6.5 cup Peeled Plum Shaped Tomatoes
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
8 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Low cal Black bean chilli

  1. boil water in large pot.

  2. Once water boils-- add beans & chilli powder.

  3. in seperate skillet, sautee garlic in olive oil till garlic browns.

  4. chop onions into small pieces.

  5. Add onions to olive oil and garlic and sautee until onions start to brown.

  6. Add 1/4 cup water to onions& garlic and stir until well mixed.

  7. Pour onion & garlic mixture into large pot with beans & stir.

  8. Allow this soup mixture to cook on medium heat for 45 minutes (stirring occasionally)

  9. After soup has been cooking for 45 minutes, add canned tomatoes (crushed or whole depending on preference).

  10. All soup to cook another 25-30 minutes (stirring occasionally)

  11. Salt, pepper, and jalepenos may be added to soup depening on y our personal taste.

  12. Enjoy!
