1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 bananas
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. pre-heat oven 350

  2. mix dry ingredients

  3. mix bananas, sugar, vanilla, applesauce, egg in separate bowl.

  4. mix all ingredients together until just combined.

  5. put into greased muffin pan.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes
